Hello everyone, today I will share with you what I learned from the book Discipline is Freedom
- Do not take a break from a job for more than a day.
- We must remove the doubts and make a move.
- When things go bad, we should call it good and look at it completely on the positive side. Negativity will gain us nothing.
- When someone dies, be glad that you have good memories with them. Lucky for you, you got to know him. You are lucky to experience its unique character. Don’t be sad, thank you for these good days.
- Most achievements are made when you are alone and no one is looking at you. The moment you achieve success is not the moment you are on the podium; It’s when you try when no one is around.
- The small concessions we make in discipline make us stray from the rotten path. Never make small concessions that you consider unimportant.
- The root of fear comes from what we don’t know. To reveal what we do not know, we must take a step forward.
- No matter what, the moment of defeat is when you give up.
- In this life, you have to let the difficulties strengthen you.
- Don’t try to fight negative people, ignore them. You may have to answer their games sometimes, but always stand out for what you do.
- Revolt against corruption and weakness. Every day, every minute, every second
- You have to fight against instant quick rewards and fake happiness.
- Life gets easier when you laugh at it. Take them lightly, no matter how heavy your suffering is.
- Exercising, that is, forcing the body to do something, is always good for us mentally and physically.
- Stress is something that always brings us good, but too much of it tires the body and mind and causes permanent damage.
- Waking up early in the morning will be difficult at first, but it will be a source of discipline in the long run. Don’t compromise. Try taking noon naps.
- Disciplinary discipline leads to a concession. Every concession you make will set you back.
- Record the weights you work out and the sports you do. Always challenge yourself in a balanced way. If you don’t balance, you will get injured.
