TOC (Transport of Copies) is a request made in situations of uncertainty and ambiguity.
Every change made in TOC is packaged and only moved to QA (Quality Assurance).
It does not disrupt existing requests as they are taken as new requests. If there are 10 changes to be made, TOC is taken 10 times. TOC is continued until the final version is reached.
A TOC request is required as long as something has not received its final approval. Whether the request is custom or in the workbench is not important in TOC requests.
When all tests are successful and the project goes live, we release the requests in QA and then to the live environment without TOC.
Requests are consolidated under a single request. Operations are carried out based on a single request.
In SE01, we said “Create” and referred to “Transport of Copies”.

We are naming systematically. Since it is a TOC, we have added ‘TOC’ at the beginning

We select the destination where the request will be moved by clicking on the target.

We go back to the SE01 screen and enter through Display.

After the requests are included, they are moved by clicking on the truck.

From here, we exited the system where the request was received and entered the system where it was moved.
We entered the STMS transaction code and clicked on the truck.

Since it is in O4Q status, we select QA for it.

We check the number, owner, and short text of the selected request before proceeding
We never press the ‘Import Request All’ button. We will press the ‘Import Request’ button.
