We say New in the catalog and add a filter.
I will use Workforce Management Person Real Time as the Subject Area.
Here I will use Date of Birthi under Person. I click on it.
After entering the Greater than operator, I click on Search Help to select a date.
After entering my data, I say ‘Save Filter’ to use the filter.
I am selecting a folder from here and saving it
After that, I am creating a new Analysis.
I am selecting my Subject Area the same as my Filter.
After bringing up the names and birthdates of the personnel on the screen, I click on my saved Filter from here.
Here, it provides options for applying the filter. Since there is no other filter, I choose the option other than ‘Clear all existing filters.
It brought the names of personnel born after 1985 for me. I have hidden the field to ensure the confidentiality of personal data
